You will require
Real Estate Agent’s License Class 1 or 2
Minimum 3 years experience selling Real Estate
Have an inherent drive to succeed. A self-starter & strategic thinker
The desire for continuous improvement of service and performance in residential sales
Knowledge of the real estate legislation and compliance requirements will be essential
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills coupled with a humble service-oriented attitude
Current driver’s license and own vehicle
A very generous commission split structure of 70%
